We have concluded the workshops with the Youth of IBDA’ Program, during which we have targeted 60 participants, and divided them into two groups. The series of workshops took place between April 21st till May 4th.
The training varied and included: identifying community issues; and developing solutions using local resources; creativity and thinking outside the box; finding innovative solutions for the Gazan context; developing the project’s work plan; budget control and responsibility matrix. These skills will prepare the youth participants to pitch their ideas to be voted for by the local community. This program is implemented in partnership with Nawa Association for Culture and Arts – Gaza.
