The "IBDA' Youth Program" was launched by Dalia Association in 2016 to empower young men and women in Palestine to actively participate in the comprehensive development process. The program targets youth aged 18-35 in Palestinian villages and cities, aiming to develop their skills in various aspects of economic, social, cultural, and environmental development while enhancing their abilities in self-development, social responsibility, teamwork, and specialized technical skills.
In 2019, the program achieved significant milestones, such as supporting commercial initiatives like the "Miriam" platform for selling handmade products created by Palestinian women and opening the "Creativity Room" in Bethlehem to support youth in arts and media. Agricultural projects such as the "Children's Laboratory" for STEM education were supported, along with organizing bike tours through "Palestine on the Bicycle."
In 2020, the association continued supporting community and creative initiatives. The "Remote Art" project was launched in Bethlehem to teach children arts to enhance their life skills, and initiatives like the "Literary Salon" were introduced to encourage creative writing. Organic farming was supported in Gaza through "Back to the Land," while innovative commercial and craft projects were also backed.
In 2021, the association launched the "Street Cinema" initiative in Jericho to introduce youth to cinema, and the "Theater in Our Village" initiative in Beit Awwa to enhance children's creative skills. Social and agricultural initiatives continued, including "The Land Unites Us for Food Production" in Tubas.
In 2022, Dalia launched new initiatives such as the "Rummana Library" for children in Hebron and "Seasonal" to support small farmers in Ramallah. Environmental projects like "Health Garden" in Nablus and "Fresh Fish" in Gaza were also implemented.
In 2023, the association continued its diverse initiatives, including the "Tea Shiner" in Birzeit, which produces a cleaning product from used tea bags, and "Hozu" in Beit Lahm, an alternative tourism resort. The "Autism Heroes" project in Nablus supported children with autism.
As part of the "IBDA' Youth Program," the "IBDA' Adolescents" program was launched in 2023-2024 to support the skills of school students in Kafr Al-Labad, Kafr Aqab, and Wadi Al-Samin. The program consists of five steps: forming groups, practical training, identifying needs, selecting the most appropriate initiatives, and implementing them. Some of the key initiatives executed included "Smiles and Drawings" in Kafr Al-Labad, the creation of a sports room in Kafr Aqab, and the installation of shelters in Wadi Al-Samin. These initiatives contributed to developing safe and inspiring local environments.
