
Manar Shaheen is a Palestinian journalist from the city of Hebron. She holds a bachelor's degree in Journalism and Contemporary Media from Hebron University. Her passion for storytelling and visual documentation led her to start working in journalism, particularly photography, even before graduating.
After completing her studies, Manar gained diverse experience in the private sector before joining Action Against Hunger as a Media Coordinator. She then transitioned to the Women’s Media and Development organization, where she served first as a Media Coordinator and later as a Project Coordinator. Additionally, she collaborated with MIFTAH to document violations against women in Hebron, shedding light on critical human rights issues.
Deeply committed to social impact, Manar has a strong passion for working with children and women. Since joining Dalia Association, her driving ambition has been to contribute to building a more just and empowering reality for them within Palestinian society.
