"Sanabel Al-Farah" was established in 2016 in Deir Ammar, Ramallah, aiming to revive traditional straw art through the production of wheat straw plates and fine Turkish straw. The project is managed by Sahar Subhi, who turned her passion for this craft into a distinctive home-based business.

"Sanabel Al-Farah" seeks to preserve this valuable cultural heritage and expand its reach through training courses offered at various centers across the homeland, contributing to safeguarding this art from extinction. The project also integrates ancient heritage with contemporary practices by designing traditional-style baskets for henna and celebration arrangements with a distinctive cultural touch.
