Harvest day from the Organic Community Supported agriculture training organized by Dalia Association and Om Sleiman Farm which lasted a whole season of 18 weeks. The trainees learnt how to produce organic fruits and vegetables, as well as medicinal herbs. They learned about seeding and planting in greenhouses, as well as direct marketing to consumers and restaurants.
