On Saturday 19th of November, Beit Al Karmeh held the first event within its Food Culture series which will last until November 2023.
The first dish of the series was the coastal warm dish, Rummaniah. The Rummaniah was prepared by chef Diana Aslan, while chef Samar Awad offered a presentation of the Rummaniah and its history to the guests as they enjoyed their meal.
The event was supported by the "Culture, Art and Social Engagement” Project funded by A.M. Qattan Foundation.
